buy your micro noodles
	look at writing on the back
	if you do not own a microwave buy one
	insert water into the pot, up to the fill line
	cook for the amount of time suggested on the pack
	eat
	if you are still hungry eat the packaging

(if you find that micro noodles are a bit boring then try to eat them with one chopstick)
